We can assist in creating the property’s profile on Booking.com, Trip advisor, Airbnb and other platforms and work with professional photographers so that your property looks its best. Based on our expertise, we advise on pricing, according to seasons and specific events.

We optimise the prices on a regular basis to ensure high profitability. We meet the guests at each check out to pick up the keys and check that the flat is in the exact same condition as before the booking.

We partner with a cleaning company to make sure your property is always clean and ready for you and the next guests.

Nothing replaces human contact and the first impression is very important. We meet the guests in person and show them everything they need to know!
